The Coach Me Course has been so helpful in many different ways!  From guiding me on my keto journey to helping me understand and improve my digestion to so much in between!

I was like you – trying anything and everything that I heard about that would help me take those pounds off.  I had gotten to a weight of 326 pounds when I saw Nissa on the news. I was a bit skeptical until I started checking out the Eating Fat is the New Skinny website, as well as T.C. Hale’s digestion information and reading his book “Kick your Fat in the Nuts.”

That has helped me understand why I was getting to “plateaus” on the other programs and I couldn’t break it to continue to lose weight.  I would also get to where I was bored with the shakes and supplements that I would take after about 2-3 weeks. I would lose about 10-20 pounds, but then just didn’t have the gumption to continue the program.  

I have been on this program for about 7 weeks now.  I did the Kick it Naturally Digestion Course and then I jumped into the 6 week Coach Me Course.  I have my digestion working properly and now I am losing weight. I do feel that my clothes are getting looser each week.  I know I have lost inches on my waist, so I know that I am making progress.

I am so glad that I found Nissa and the Coach Me Course. It is wonderful knowing that this is as simple as it gets.

I am like so many others out there who have tried all the diets and seem to lose and regain the same 5 pounds.  I lost weight years ago on the Atkins diet and thought I could do so again. It didn’t work.

I came across Nissa and ordered the Coach Me Course and have been working through the process. I have a lot of digestion problems to heal, and have only lost two pounds in the 5 weeks since I started, but I already feel a lot better. My clothes are fitting better and I have seen a half inch reduction in my waist.  

I am very happy with this program and it is something you can do the rest of your life.

I am just touching base and I wanted to thank you for all of the valuable info!

Something made me pick up People Magazine that one day in the store and I am so thankful I found Nissa. She led me to T.C. Hale’s work as well. For once in my life it all makes sense on why I never lost the weight or when I did lose, I gained it back. Now I know I can actually do it.

I am working with T.C. Hale, in addition to the Coach Me Course, to help with my digestion issues. I realized the weight isn’t going to come off until I get my digestion and imbalances on track.

I am still eating keto, but realized through the courses that adding in medium carbs will help me right now. Once I get my digestion back under control, I am looking forward to weight loss and a healthy body!

Yay!  Just dropping you a note to let you know how inspired and excited I am by your course!  I have felt so good since I started. I am hardly ever hungry, have no cravings, I feel less bloating, have clearer thinking and more energy.

I have even been able to give up daily Diet Cokes because I am not craving them or looking for artificial energy. That, in itself, is a major accomplishment for me.  

Yesterday I discovered I can sit criss-cross for the first time in years. My joint inflammation in my knees has subsided! Sitting criss-cross is an important skill when you teach young children. I am so excited to be able to do that again!  

My husband and I went on a 2 mile hike while I was fasting in the morning. I haven’t done that in a while, but I felt great. I wasn’t even hungry. I was a little weak, but was able to get through it with a smile on my face.

I’m not sure if there’s any differences on the scale because we have been away from home for two weeks, but the changes I see are so positive it doesn’t matter what my weight is!
