Let me start by saying WOW!  I am a 54 year old postmenopausal young lady that had a gastric bypass 10 years ago, as well as thyroid cancer, and losing slowly (if at all) has become my normal without much hope of it changing …. UNTIL NOW!

You have truly loaded this Coach Me Course with so much valuable information that my head is still swimming (and it has only been 17 days so far!!). I have been Keto for over a year so a lot of it was a refresher on things I had to relearn with a new set of eyes, but there is so much additional information that I am blown away.  

I am excited to start diving into my digestive issues and to learn all that I can about them.  You have so much information available in your emails and guidance to find all we need – or we can just ask!  Any question I have thought was “dumb to ask,” I walked away thinking…damn, I am so glad I asked her!!

Your course is not only amazing for anyone who wants to start a low-carb, high-fat lifestyle, but to take it beyond that – ANYONE who wants to start understanding their digestive system or that wants to break free from yo-yo dieting and the mental frame of mind that society has ingrained in us …. they NEED to take it!

I am still working my way through the information (and there is a lot of it!), so I feel like I am just skimming the surface.

Thank you for reminding me in your emails to take it slowly and not to quit just because I can’t read it all in one sitting.  I’m so thankful to not have to try to figure this out on my own. Having the “inside scoop” from someone who has already figured out much of what “doesn’t” work encourages me. But your course doesn’t stop there!  You share your experience with what DOES work!

I am halfway through the Kick Your Fat in the Nuts book and I can already see where he is talking about me. This inspires me to continue on as I can see how far you have come given the same information.

I have struggled most of my adult life with the ups and downs of the scale, losing it for a while but not being able to maintain it long term.  Life’s hardships and challenges take their toll and sometimes I just don’t want to think about trying to lose weight. It’s exhausting…mentally, emotionally and sometimes physically.  

Your course is helping me see that it’s not just about the weight. It is also about body healing – something that I never thought about in my weight loss journey.  I am looking forward to a time when my body functions in the way it was intended, while also enjoying some of the yummy recipes provided!
