If you like spicy, I got spicy! If you like cheesy, I got cheesy! If you like delicious, it’s all right here. I made this new Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken and Cauliflower Rice recipe last week and ate it all week long. It was that good! I’m even considering making it again this week.
Hearty crock pot meals are the best part of winter! This Shredded Chicken Alfredo ranks high on the list of my new favorite & easy recipes.
Cold days call for easy meals. There aren’t many meals that are much easier than Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken. Season, throw into a crock pot and go! This recipe has been one of my favorites since my early low carb days and it still tops the list of easy, go to meals.
A big portion of the weight I gained in my twenties can be attributed to fried rice. All Chinese food was a mystery to me until college. This is one of the first meals I ever made low carb. I started out by eating only half a serving of noodles with a heavy meat sauce at first. From there I lowered that to a fourth of a serving of noodles until eventually I just ate the yummy sauce.
This Buffalo Ranch Taco Salad is great to replace your shelled favorites on Taco Tuesday…or pretty much any night of the week. You can eat it warm or let it cool in the fridge.
