Once upon a time Big Mac’s were my jam! Thankfully McDonald’s made me sick while I was pregnant and I never looked back. I do love this Big Mac Bowl recipe I found via The Hungry Girl’s website. I do not love her low-fat, calorie counting ways, so I decided to update my own keto version. Plus I like to maximize nutrients with each meal I eat, so I ditched some of her ingredients in favor of higher quality ingredients.
I really wanted creamy, garlic green beans, but I couldn’t find my favorite recipe…so I decided to make up a new one. I’m so glad I did because it is delicious and is a recipe I will definitely keep in the dinner rotation.
If you like spicy, I got spicy! If you like cheesy, I got cheesy! If you like delicious, it’s all right here. I made this new Cheesy Buffalo Ranch Chicken and Cauliflower Rice recipe last week and ate it all week long. It was that good! I’m even considering making it again this week.
Hearty crock pot meals are the best part of winter! This Shredded Chicken Alfredo ranks high on the list of my new favorite & easy recipes.
Cold days call for easy meals. There aren’t many meals that are much easier than Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken. Season, throw into a crock pot and go! This recipe has been one of my favorites since my early low carb days and it still tops the list of easy, go to meals.
A big portion of the weight I gained in my twenties can be attributed to fried rice. All Chinese food was a mystery to me until college. Once I found Orange Chicken and Fried Rice from Panda Express, there was no looking back. At least until it was time to take off the weight for good. Low carb, high fat lifestyles and fried rice just do not mix.
Finding side dishes for a low carb, high fat diet can be challenging. Cauliflower rice is a great option and is very versatile! Make this side option by buying pre-riced cauliflower or rice your own.
I was born and raised in Chicago. I will eternally be a Chicago girl at heart. Sitting outside in my flip flops and t-shirt in mid-November, I am definitely happy to be in Arizona, however as a Chicago girl, I need my pizza!
An easy & delicious way to turn salami and cheese into a fantastic meal! This works great as an easy low-carb, high-fat snack or meal. I prefer provolone cheese, but add any variety you like. I like the way these come together in an air fryer, but they taste great fresh from a toaster oven too! I do not recommend heating these up in the microwave.
This is one of the first meals I ever made low carb. I started out by eating only half a serving of noodles with a heavy meat sauce at first. From there I lowered that to a fourth of a serving of noodles until eventually I just ate the yummy sauce.
