Almond Butter Bombs

Dark chocolate almond butter fat bombs with no added sweeteners.


  • 4 oz almond butter
  • 4 oz coconut oil
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, 85% or higher
  • 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream, room temp
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • Line a mini muffin tray with mini muffin tins
  • Melt the almond butter, coconut oil and dark chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat
  • Once melted, set aside for a few minutes to avoid curdling
  • Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla extract. Combine well.
  • Add the chocolate almond butter mixture to the mini muffin tins in 1 tbsp increments.
  • Place in freezer until firm, approximately 20-30 minutes.
  • Store the fat bombs in the freezer or fridge in a Ziploc bag or other airtight container.
