Bacon Ranch Cucumber Salad

- 5 slices of bacon, thick cut
- 1 cup cucumbers, chopped
- 1/2 avocado
- 3/4 oz ranch dressing
- 1/2 oz green onions, chopped
- Fry bacon in a frying pan over high heat. (Alternatively, use bacon crumbles you already meal prepped)
- Chop bacon, avocado, onions and cucumbers. Layer all of the ingredients on a plate.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
