Beet Flow: Supplement Benefits and How to Use

Even though you’re led to believe stomach cramps and loose stools are normal digestive symptoms, they’re not. In fact, these are all symptoms of sludgy bile flow.

What Is Bile?

Stomach bile is yellowish green digestive fluid that’s produced by the liver. Once produced, it’s stored in the gallbladder in order to help you emulsify dietary fats during the digestive process.

The digestive system is made up of two components: stomach acid and bile. If either of these parts don’t function as intended, this can lead to several undesirable digestive symptoms.

In the case of thick and sticky bile flow, this can result in symptoms like:

  • Gas
  • Loose Stools
  • Diarrhea
  • Itchy Skin
  • Acne
  • Nausea

While proper bile flow is especially important on a high-fat diet like keto, it’s important to improve bile function – even when following a more varied diet where fat is not a staple food.

Not only can improving the flow of bile help with better weight loss, but it can also drastically reduce the symptoms listed above.

How to Stimulate Bile Flow

  • Add Bile Salts: Using bile salts in supplement form, such as Choline, Glycine, and Taurine, can help build better bile flow.
  • Increase Healthy Fats: The more often bile is called upon, the more bile your body will produce. Slowly increasing healthy fats at meals can help improve bile production.

While each of these methods can be helpful when it comes to cleaning up the bile flow pathway, the easiest and quickest way to improve the flow of bile is with the Natural Reference Beet Flow supplement.

What Is Beet Flow?

Beet flow is a gentle, yet effective, supplement that serves as a bile flow booster. The pills are made up of the extract of beetroot leaves in a highly concentrated form.

While Beet Flow does not need to be taken with food, sometimes it’s easier to remember to take Beet Flow when you get into the habit of taking the supplement with meals.

For everyday use, take 2-3 capsules before each meal. Take more if your symptoms of poor bile flow are strong, and less if you simply need a small boost. Continue to take Beet Flow for as long as your symptoms persist.

If you also use the Empirical Labs Betaine HCL product to improve stomach acid, you should continue to take Beet Flow to make sure bile is flowing properly when supplementing with HCL. Not supplementing properly can result in even more problems, like urgent diarrhea, or even an ulcer formation.

Beet Flow Flush

It’s a good idea to add a Beet Flow Flush after using the Natural Reference Beet Flow product for a day or two. Keep in mind, this is a one time protocol that’s used to stimulate bile production – not a routine you should follow daily.

To incorporate a Beet Flow Flush into your routine, simply take 4 Beet Flow capsules every 30 minutes for a duration of two hours. This means you take a total of 16 Beet Flow pills in a two hour time period.

Following this process can help give bile production a boost. It may also help you see quicker results when using the Empirical Labs Beet Flow supplement.

While some people may not notice anything after completing a Beet Flow flush, if you’re extra toxic – this may result in nausea after or during the flush. You should feel relief after a short time if this happens to you.
