Creamy Keto Hot Chocolate

A creamy keto hot chocolate recipe without any added sweeteners.


  • 4 oz water
  • 4 oz heavy whipping cream
  • Β½ oz dark chocolate
  • Β½ oz collagen protein powder


  • Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan on the stove.
  • Heat over medium heat until hot but not boiling. This should take around 5 minutes. Stir on occasion with a whisk while the chocolate melts and the liquids heat up.
  • Once warmed, remove from heat.Β 
  • Pour into a mug or jar. Use a hand frother to froth the drink. You can also use an immersion blender on high for 30 seconds.
