Ok, ok – alcohol can sometimes doom any diet, especially a ketogenic diet. There are some people who can get away with a drink or two and still live to keto on! Yet there are others who just want to throw their hands in the air like they just don’t care, all diets be damned! But only until they come crawling back on Monday with weekend regret and sore arms.
If you fall into either category…maybe a compromise? Replenish your electrolytes while deplenishing your electrolytes. (Deplenish IS a word; at least on Urban Dictionary.)

1 packet or scoop of Jigsaw Electrolyte Supreme Lemon-Lime
8 oz seltzer water
1 shot tequila
Handful of ice
1 slice of lime
