Can you eat mac and cheese on a keto diet? With this cauliflower mac and cheese recipe – you can


  • 9 ounces cauliflower florets
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ⅛ cup water
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir well.
  • Cook on low for 3 hours.

If you prefer oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  • Combine cream cheese (softened), heavy cream, water and spices in a bowl and mix well. 
  • Add to a baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  • Cook covered for 15 – 20 minutes
