2 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

A simple 2 ingredient keto friendly peanut butter cookie recipe.


  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the peanut butter and egg to a medium mixing bowl. Use a hand blender to combine well.
  • Roll the cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  • Press down with a fork twice to create a cookie pattern.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.
  • Remove the cookies and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes.Β 


  • These cookies crumble easily, so handle with care.
  • Don’t move these to cool on another rack since they will fall apart without enough time to cool.
