Homemade Keto Ranch Dressing – No Dairy Recipe

A dairy free low carb ranch dressing recipe.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup avocado oil
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk into a jar 
  • Push the immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar. Start blending the ingredients together from the bottom of the jar until well combined.
  • Once combined, pour in the coconut milk. Use the blender to blend again. Add more coconut milk if the dressing is too thick for you.
  • Store in an airtight container for 7-10 days.

Notes

Alternatively, you can use 3/4 cup of keto-friendly mayo as a replacement for the avocado oil and egg. If you prefer to replace the avocado oil with olive oil, be sure to use a light tasting olive oil.
