I followed mainstream diet advice for 25 years. I was sick, tired & miserable for the majority of those two+ decades.

Sometimes I lost weight, but it was never easy & definitely never permanent.

Unfortunately, the chronic illnesses I dealt with were permanent.

After hitting 245 pounds, I felt helpless.

Post pregnancy, all previous weight loss go-to’s were useless. I was fat, sick & miserable … all while still wearing maternity clothes to celebrate my son’s 1st birthday.

I stumbled across a book & weight loss course that changed my life.

Using natural supplements and a low carb plan I lost more than 100 pounds and improved health conditions I didn’t even know I had.

All I wanted to do was move a scale that refused to budge…

As the scale moved down, I corrected health problems that afflicted me for decades. These include…

Three years later – I am thriving.

Keeping the weight off has been a piece of cake. Oh, and I no longer crave cake. I easily maintain a healthy weight without craving the foods that made me sick in the first place!

For the first time, the constant food noise is gone & I am left with food freedom.
