Pizza Keto Egg Cups

Pizza egg muffins are a simple keto egg cups recipe that are perfect for a quick snack, or a savory brunch.


  • 6 eggs
  • 6 egg whites
  • 48 slices pepperoni (3 oz)
  • 6 tbsp marinara sauce (4.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • ¼ onion diced
  • ½ green pepper diced
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 
  • Spray muffin top tray with non-stick coconut oil spray
  • Add the eggs and egg whites into a large mixing bowl. Beat eggs together with a whisk.
  • Pour in the chopped vegetables, marinara sauce and spices. Whisk again until well combined.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the muffin tins. Then sprinkle the cheese evenly on top of the egg muffins.
  • Add 2 slices of pepperoni on top of each egg muffin.
  • Cook until the egg muffins are fully cooked in the center and the tops are golden brown. This should take 12 – 15 minutes.
