Keto Pork Chops

A simple keto pork recipe with parmesan and garlic.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless pork chops (4 chops are ideal)
  • ⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix parmesan cheese, almond flour, paprika, parsley, pepper and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. 
  • Dip pork chops into mixture in order to fully coat each pork chop on both sides.
  • Place pork chops into a glass baking dish and sprinkle remaining mix on top of chops.
  • Top each pork chop with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Cook for 35-40 minutes, or until pork chops are fully cooked.
