Salami & Provolone Pizza

A quick keto lunch option – crustless keto pizza recipe.



  • 2 oz hard salami
  • 2 oz provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz low carb marinara sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder


  • Preheat an air fryer or toaster oven to 360 degrees F.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Layer the salami on the lined tray. I doubled up the salami to make 4 mini pizzas.
  • Spoon the marinara sauce over the salami and spread to the edges.
  • Sprinkle the garlic powder on top of the sauce.
  • Layer the cheese on top of the salami pizzas.
  • Sprinkle the cheese with oregano.
  • Place in air fryer or toaster oven until the cheese is melted. This should take 3-4 minutes in an air fryer.
