Keto Sesame Ginger Beef

A simple keto Chinese recipe made with ground beef with a simple Asian sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ΒΌ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Β½ tsp ground ginger (or 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger)
  • 12 tsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat. Cook until fully browned, which should take 7-10 minutes.
  • While the beef browns, mix the coconut aminos, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Once the beef is fully cooked, turn the heat down to low and pour in the sauce. Stir well to combine.

Notes

Buttery zoodles are easy to make and taste great with this dish!
