Easy Slow Cooker Chicken and Bacon Alfredo (Low Carb & Keto)

A delicious keto chicken bacon alfredo recipe that cooks in the slow cooker while you’re at work. 


  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked & crumbled into bacon bits
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Black pepper & sea salt to taste
  • Non-stick cooking spray


  • Spray crockpot with nonstick spray
  • Generously season both sides of chicken with pepper and salt. Place chicken into crockpot.
  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. As it melts, add the minced garlic to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream to the saucepan and heat over medium heat for a few minutes while whisking together the sauce. 
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crockpot. Cook for 4-6 hours on low heat.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks. Then, stir in bacon bits.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions.


  • Food prep the bacon & green onions ahead of time for a quicker meal. 
  • You can cut the batch in half if you have a smaller family or you don’t like to reheat leftovers throughout the week.
