- If using frozen strawberries, set them out on the counter to allow them to thaw.
- Then line a mini cupcake pan with mini cupcake liners.
- Once thawed, blend the strawberries into a puree with a blender and set aside.
- Then melt the coconut butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir / mash with a whisk while melting. Keep an eye on this so the coconut butter doesn’t burn.

- Blend well with a whisk.
- Spoon the mixture into mini cupcake liners in 1 tablespoon increments.
- Place in the freezer until firm, approximately 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store strawberry keto fat bombs in an airtight container in the fridge. I typically store mine in a Ziploc bag.
- For a longer shelf life, keep the fat bombs in the freezer until you’re ready to eat. Allow them to thaw a little prior to indulging.
- Taste the fat bomb mixture prior to freezing to make sure these fat bombs are sweet enough for you. You can mix in the sweetener of your choice if you need added sweetness. Liquid stevia probably works best.
- Melt the coconut oil slowly and keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
