Pecan Chocolate Cookie Balls

Fluffy keto-friendly cookie balls with pecans and dark chocolate.


  • 8 tbsp butter, softened
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 & 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup almond butter  
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp collagen  
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, chopped  
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • With hand mixer, combine softened butter, coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Once combined, add egg and mix again.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, and collagen. Mix until combined. Do not over mix flour, as this may cause recipe to dry out.
  • Add in chopped chocolate and pecans. Mix with hands.
  • Form into balls and place onto greased cookie sheet or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Allow the dough to chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes, or until bottoms are golden and center is thoroughly cooked.
