Using a spiralizer, slice zucchini into zoodles (like spaghetti noodles)
Heat butter over medium heat in pan. Add in the minced garlic while the butter melts. Cook garlic until lightly browned, which should take 1-2 minutes.
Once butter is melted and garlic is browned, saute zoodles for approximately 2 minutes. Do not overcook, as zoodles will become soggy.
Sprinkle it with salt and pepper while cooking.
Pour leftover garlic butter over zoodles when serving.
